Annual Meeting Agenda Tuesday January 9, 2024

The Annual General Membership Meeting will be held Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 6:00 PM with a Board Meeting immediately following.  Both meetings will be at the blue building located at 21981 State Hwy 63 in Big Cedar.  

There are two (2) board of director positions to be filled.  Please attend and hear updates, along with voting on the two (2) Board positions to fill. If you are interested in being nominated for a board position, please reach out to any of the current Board members for information.  The term is a three (3) year commitment, general meetings every month, special called meetings as necessary with a requirement to complete 6 hours of board training in the first year.  We have multiple work projects, grants and sustainability on our agendas for the coming year.  It is a very exciting time and we look forward for volunteers to help keep that going. 

As a reminder, our Board meetings are scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM.  Special called meetings are announced 48 hours in advance and are generally held at the water building.
