October Meeting Results

We were excited to see old friends and new neighbors at the Saturday October meeting! Our meeting included an overview from Vicki Cearnal of the new on line payment process, which includes payment scheduling and histories, as well as election to receive electronic statements.
We heard about the many grant applications in process now. Deb Butler provided a great update on the over 3 million dollars in grant applications currently made. We have already received over $150,000 which provided hydraulic analysis of our system, new customer meters, valves and software
Our Operator, John Butler, gave his monthly report of service calls, leak location and repair and the EPA mandated lead and copper survey. Each customer with a structure, must complete and return the form so that we are in compliance, as well as in support of our grant applications. This survey is available on our website.
Kendle Ortiz and Jean Conklin provided items for our door prize drawings, canned jellies and handmade Christmas ornaments. If you missed this meeting, please plan to join us on Tuesday, November 14th at 6:00 PM.
